Patch Tool:
Using Photoshop I used the patch tool to remove the rocks in the background. Water can be very tricky to patch and I could’ve spent more time making it look a lot more seamless. I wanted to see if I would be able to remove the whole line of rocks and happy that I was able to.
Layering mask:
For the second edit I decided to use a layering mask and adjusted the background to black and white. I like the way the red plaid really stands out against the black and white background.
