Social media is a good channel for Bigfoot donuts to utilize for paid & unpaid marketing. Their following is over 11 thousand and they have good interaction on the posts they share on that page as well. Since they have a good following and a healthy website utilizing both of those for free advertising is one of their top options. They will also be getting a good amount of earned unpaid marketing through those channels such as mentions, backlinks and unpaid reviews from their customers who already love and frequent their establishment.
For paid advertising Instagram and Facebook marketing is easy to set up and has a wide reach. They can also utilize psychographics and demographics when they are setting up their campaign and target the audiences that will match their user personas.
Facebook and Instagram are now linked and part of Meta, so setting up a campaign is easy to do for both at the same time. Another benefit to using Meta social media marketing is being able to use their analytics. Most social media platforms now have built in free analytics, which makes tracking them easier.
